NEEDS ASSESSMENT
We start by understanding your business requirements and what exactly you need and what we can deliver. This is the first step of the development cycle. People involved in this phase are managers, stakeholders and the user of course. All the requirements are ambiguously taken and various parameters are agreed.
SYSTEM DESIGN / ARCHITECTURE
The prerequisite for this phase is the requirement specification document, the system and software design are prepared based on given requirements. The system design helps in specifying hardware and software requirements and overall defines the system architecture.
DEVELOPMENT / TESTING – DEBUGGING
From the system design document, the work is divided into modules and units and the actual development is started. This is usually the longest phase of the whole process.
The developed system is tested against all the requirements. It is made sure that the product is in line with the requirements and works exactly as supposed to and bugs, if any, are reported. In this phase all types of functional testing like unit testing, integration testing, system testing and also non-functional testing are carried out.
DELIVERY / MAINTENANCE
At this phase, the application is deployed. Integration, process change and training is done.
Maintenance – Issues may arise once customers start using the product. These issues need to be fixed from time to time. This is covered in the maintenance phase. We oblige our clients by solving the issue.
